Before shooting
- 1. Clear the clutter. Things on tables, towels, shoes, fridge magnets, cables.
- 2. Open the curtains and switch on all lights. Best time — daytime, when the sun isn’t shining straight into the window.
- 3. Wipe the phone lens. Hazy photos are usually a fingerprint.
While shooting
- 4. Hold the phone at chest height, not above your head.
- 5. Shoot from a corner of the room — more space is visible.
- 6. Wide mode (0.5×) for small rooms, but don’t overdo it: corners shouldn’t bend.
- 7. Keep vertical lines straight. Turn on the grid and make sure walls don’t lean.
- 8. 2–3 shots per room: a wide view and details (kitchen, bathroom, view).
- 9. The window and sea view as a separate shot — Batumi’s main selling point.
- 10. Landscape for websites, portrait for Instagram Stories and Reels.
After shooting
- 11. Light editing: brightness and a straight horizon. No filters that change colours — the buyer will see the truth on site.
- 12. A short video walk-through of 30–60 seconds works better in Reels and WhatsApp than a dozen photos.

FAQ
Questions and answers
Do I need a camera?
For most listings a good phone is enough. A camera and gimbal are for premium properties and beautiful video.
Can I film the neighbours and the entrance?
Your own — yes. Better to keep people, car plates and other people’s doors out of the frame.
