Why no Windows?

A new laptop with a
"black screen" is normal

Stores often sell laptops with FreeDOS or no OS to keep the price down. It means the laptop is fine, but Windows, drivers and software need to be installed separately. That's exactly what I do — fast and clean.

💡 If, when you switch the laptop on, you see: "No bootable device", "Operating System not found", a black FreeDOS screen or a service menu — it's not broken. Windows simply isn't installed. Message me and I'll sort it.

Questions & answers

Why doesn't my new laptop have Windows?
Many new laptops are sold with FreeDOS or no operating system to keep the price lower. On start-up you see a black screen or a service menu instead of a desktop. Windows has to be installed separately — I do this from 50 ₾.
How much is Windows installation on a new laptop?
From 50 ₾. This includes installing Windows 11 or 10, all drivers, basic software (browser, Office, antivirus) and updates.
Do you come to my home or the store?
Either. I come to your home or office in Batumi, usually the same day. Remote help over the internet is also possible.
Do you work with any laptop brand?
Yes — Asus, Lenovo, HP, Acer, Huawei, MSI, Dell, Honor and others. I install Windows and the correct drivers on any brand.
How long does it take?
Usually 30–60 minutes. A bit longer if internet setup or extra software is needed.
Do I need a Windows licence?
I'll help with the licence too — explain the options and help with activation. Details over WhatsApp.
