Office IT audit
In one visit I check every computer, the Wi-Fi, backups, passwords and licences. A written report: what is urgent, what can wait, what to buy.
IT monthly plan
Scheduled visits once a month or quarter, urgent call-outs get priority. A fixed fee, so the budget is clear in advance.
Workstation for a new employee
Computer, email, printer, shared folders and access — ready for the first working day. When someone leaves, I close their access and keep their files.
Office move
I disconnect and label the hardware, then connect the network, Wi-Fi and printers at the new place. The office works the next morning.
Backups and protection
Automatic copies of important files with a restore test, two-factor protection for company email and social accounts.
Guest Wi-Fi
A separate network for customers, so guests cannot see your computers. A QR code with the password for the table or counter.
