Translating Georgian
- Ask: “Translate everything I say into Georgian and translate the replies into English” — and talk to a repairman, shop assistant or neighbour through your phone.
- For anything important (a contract, a doctor, a bank) ask for a translation plus an explanation — and confirm with a person.
- Georgian words with transliteration — in our Georgian antonyms list.
Camera and photos
- A café menu: “translate it and tell me what is vegetarian”.
- An electricity or water bill: “what is this amount and when is it due?”
- A manual in Georgian or Turkish.
- An error on a TV or router screen — snap it and ask.
