My rule: if I can't solve the problem, you don't pay. If you decide not to go ahead after the diagnosis, you only pay the 50 GEL call-out. Several small tasks in one visit — one price, as long as it fits in an hour. At night (21:00–9:00) — from 100 GEL.

Fair rules
- No fix, no fee. If the problem remains, you owe nothing.
- Changed your mind after the diagnosis — you only pay the 50 GEL call-out.
- Parts and licences (SSD, RAM, Windows key) — at receipt price, no mark-up.
- Payment — after the work, in cash or by bank transfer.
