Here are real cases from my work as a computer technician in Batumi. No advertising: what happened, what I did and how it all ended — honestly, including when the repair did not work out. Details are changed so clients cannot be identified.

Gaming PC was slow after a Windows install: when the drive is to blame
After a Windows install a gaming PC was slow, and a day later a blue screen appeared. I came, tested the M.2 drive and realised the drive was the problem, not the system. The client did not decide to replace it, and the story has no ending. That happens too, and I write about it honestly.

A young team called at night: they had built a computer themselves and Windows would not install. I came, saw that the CPU cooler was not connected, fixed it and installed the system. A few hours later I had to come again and reinstall Windows from the official image.

A young man changed the thermal paste in his laptop himself and it stopped turning on. I came, inspected the board and saw that the battery had not been disconnected during disassembly. Board repair is not possible on a visit, so I said so honestly and recommended two repair shops in Batumi.
