How I do it
1. Your task and budget
How many seats, which software and games, what budget. I look at the room: sockets, cable routes, where the router goes.
2. Choosing the configuration
A list of computers or parts, monitors, peripherals, network gear, UPS units and surge protectors — and where you can save and where you should not.
3. Help with buying
I compare shop offers, help you order and check the hardware on delivery. Everything is bought in your name with a receipt — no mark-up from me.
4. Building and testing
I build the PCs, update the BIOS and run stress tests: temperatures, disks, memory. Faulty parts show up before opening day, not with your first customers.
5. Windows and software
Licensed Windows, drivers, the software and games you need. One PC is set up as the master and its setup is copied to the rest — every seat works the same.
6. Network and launch
Cables, switch, router, guest Wi-Fi separate from the work network. Shared printer, backups, passwords — and a short training for you and your staff.
