How to message me so I arrive quickly
- Briefly: what happened — “the laptop won’t turn on”, “I need Windows”, “the Wi-Fi does not work”.
- The device model if you know it, or a photo of the sticker underneath.
- Your location — a pin in WhatsApp or Telegram.
- When suits you. I reply with a “from” price and a time.
Prices and payment
Prices are fixed and the same for everyone — there is no “foreigner price”. A daytime call-out (9:00–21:00) is from 50 GEL and includes diagnosis and up to an hour of work; at night from 100 GEL. The exact amount is agreed on site before any work. Payment in cash or by bank transfer. More: repair prices.
Where I work
All of Batumi, Makhinjauri, Khelvachauri and Gonio — call-outs only, to your home or office. You do not need to take your laptop anywhere: everything is done in front of you.
What I help with
- Laptops and PCs, MacBooks: Windows, speed-ups, viruses, data.
- Internet, Wi-Fi and the router in a new apartment, Smart TV, printer.
- Setting up a new laptop bought in Georgia.
- A home office for remote work.
What I do not do
Boards, connectors, fans and laptop screens are repaired by a service centre with soldering equipment and parts. If that is the problem, I tell you honestly, save your files and point you to the right place. More: laptop repair.
Your data
Any work on the system starts with a backup of your files; afterwards I delete my temporary copy in front of you. Passwords and accounts stay yours.
