Premises
- Electrical capacity: dozens of PCs plus air conditioners — check whether the supply can take it (a question for an electrical installer).
- Air conditioning: gaming PCs heat the room.
- Internet: a stable connection, ideally two providers.
- Soundproofing and comfortable chairs — people come back for them.
Hardware
- PCs for popular games (CS2, Dota 2, Valorant) with headroom for updates.
- High refresh rate monitors — important for shooters.
- Identical configurations — easier to maintain and restore.
- Spare mice, keyboards and headsets.
Network and maintenance
- A wired network to every seat, no Wi-Fi.
- A restore system: after each guest the PC returns to a clean state.
- Time and payment tracking — dedicated club software.
- A backup system image to restore a PC in minutes.
Licences and rules
- Licensed Windows on every PC.
- Games — under publishers’ terms for clubs (many have separate internet café programmes).
- A cash register when taking cash; sole trader registration and taxes — in the article "Sole trader in Georgia and 1% tax".

FAQ
Questions and answers
How many PCs are needed at the start?
It depends on the premises and budget; fewer seats with good hardware are better than many weak ones.
Can home versions of games be used?
Check the publisher’s terms: commercial use often needs separate licences or club programmes.
Do you maintain clubs under contract?
Yes: preventive maintenance, updates, restores, replacing parts.
